Today we have a couple of updates on the upcoming wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The first update is that Prince Harry has reportedly asked his brother Prince William to give away the bride at the ceremony in May. This isn’t surprising considering that Will is a close friend of Meghan’s and she considers him as part of her family now.
She even brought him along when she met Queen Elizabeth II for tea after news broke out that they were engaged. The second update is about how expensive it will be for American guests to attend this wedding – at least according to travel experts in the US who say that tickets could cost anywhere from $1,000-$15,000 per person! One reason why it might cost so much is because most Americans don’t fly from one country to another unless they’re wealthy enough or their company foots the bill (like if you get sent abroad for work).
Even though this sounds crazy expensive we know there are some people who would still pay anything just to be there on such an important day in history!
Harry, Meghan and Oprah Winfrey join forces on mental health documentary series
It has been announced that Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan have teamed up with Oprah Winfrey on a new documentary series called “The Untold Story.” The series will focus on mental health, specifically in the UK and around the world.
On Monday, April 29th, Winfrey tweeted about her involvement in the project: “I’m honored to be joining forces with Prince Harry & Duchess Meghan on this important project that brings awareness to mental health issues around the world.”
Meghan Markle Has ‘No Regrets’ About Royal Wedding Drama, Says Source
Meghan Markle has “no regrets” about the drama surrounding her royal wedding, according to a source close to the former actress.
The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to talk publicly on the matter, told ABC News that Meghan, 37, is not bothered by all the attention she’s getting for not inviting some of her famous friends. The former “Suits” star also allegedly didn’t want any members of her family present at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle on May 19.
The news comes after royal insiders told U.K.’s Express newspaper that Meghan thinks it would be “unfair” if she invited some and not others in order to avoid hurt feelings among friends and family who weren’t invited but still wanted to attend their wedding ceremony at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle in Berkshire County.”
Why Prince Harry Has Likely Never Met the Queen’s Corgi Candy
When Prince Harry and Meghan Markle arrived at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday, they were greeted by the queen. The monarch has named her favorite corgi Candy as her official dog and Cookie as her official cat.
But why hasn’t Prince Harry met the queen’s corgi Candy? Well, because he hasn’t met any of her dogs yet!
The queen has quite the menagerie of pets at Buckingham Palace: She currently owns 13 Corgis (the breed she’s most famous for), six Dachshunds (another breed popularly known as “wiener dogs”), two Labradors, two Scottish terriers and a couple of dachshund-corgi mixes called corgidors that she purchased from a breeder in Germany back in 2014; four cats named Milly, Monty and Willow; one hamster called Nutmeg; one rabbit named Peter Rabbit (okay maybe not); several goldfish including one called Nemo; four horses named Vulcano and Trigger plus Boxer Gloucester

Inside the Potentially ‘Awkward’ Relationship Between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle
You may be wondering, how do Harry and Meghan get along? After all, they’re two of the most famous people in the world.
The answer: pretty well!
Meghan and Kate have been friends for years. They met each other through their mutual friend Markus Anderson—who is also Meghan’s publicist—and Kate invited Meghan to accompany her on a skiing trip to Aspen back in 2016. The two women bonded over skiing and horseback riding as they hit it off so well; according to People magazine, “they even came up with a nickname for themselves: ‘Him-Kate’ and ‘Her-Meg.'”
The Duchess of Sussex has said that “we share similar views.” When asked if she’d ever consider becoming an ambassador like her husband Harry suggested during a visit to Northern Ireland last year, Markle replied: “If I was asked [to do it], I would definitely consider it.”
How Meghan Markle’s Pregnancy Is Affecting Her Involvement in the 2022 Election
Meghan Markle is the first royal consort to become pregnant during her tenure, and it’s likely she’ll reduce her involvement in official duties during her pregnancy. The Duchess of Sussex told CNN’s Anderson Cooper earlier this year that she loves being a member of the royal family but also admitted that “it can be difficult.”
“My husband, who is Prince Harry, has been fantastic,” Meghan said, before adding: “But I think we’re in a very modern situation.”
The Duchess has been working with charities focused on gender equality and access to education since she was eight years old. She founded The Tig (a clothing brand) before turning her attention to acting; however, now that she’s married into one of Britain’s most recognizable families—and expecting their first child in spring 2022—it seems unlikely that Meghan will continue working with such organizations on an ongoing basis.
